Ok, so you know you're a fan of zits, wounds, and general nastiness when you allow it to decide your career choice! I am a fourth semester nursing student with ambitions of becoming a wound care nurse, just to see all those glorious oozing wounds just waiting to be drained.
It all began... I wasn't always interested in being a popper until it began to grow. How's that for suspense! Ok so I began noticing a hard lump in my eyebrow, in my youthful inexperience i immediately though i had started to grow a mole in my eyebrow. I didn't want a mole in my eyebrow to be sure, so i pushed and prodded and generally tried to push the little bugger back into my eyebrow. Despite my insisting that it not grow there, it continued to grow, only it didn't turn brown like most moles it kinda turned a yellowish color. Ok, so its not a mole its a really stubborn zit i thought. After about 3 months of trying to squeeze the thing out, i decided it was time for self surgery. Obtaining a loverly scalpel from work i made a slight crescent shaped incision. Ok a little blood, but no puss, time to push. The most fascinating thing happened, this white ball started to peek though the cut. Not knowing what it was i continued to squeeze, and bam there on my eyebrow was the most glorious glob of cheesey goodness a girl could ever hope for. the best part was it wasn't all of it, there was more, and a lovely thick sack to contain it! I wish I had been of mind to film it, sigh but we all have those stories about the cyst that got away. To my dismay the little bugger has never grown back, I keep hoping one day it will, this time I'll let it grow bigger!
