I have a lot of weird not so sure its acne 'bumps' on my body, arms, legs, back, etc. It began as a reaction to medications, and I'm long since over the allergy, but I still get the weird bumps.

Any suggestion for poltices or other herbal homeopathic ideas to help heal the scab/wound/scars as well as clear up the odd acne itself? It's almost like my picking fetish perpetuated the reappearance over and over again of little bump-ish things.
