I've been a zit addict for years. I had not thought of searching the web for "cool zit" pops till recently, and then got so engrossed in it, I had to watch everything posted on popthatzit, and then go looking for more. I can't get enough of it, and I know that it is an addiction because I spend more time looking for new videos posted than I do on about any other hobby.
When I do find something new, unless it is completely lost with poor taping, lighting or excess non-relevant material, I save the embed code and bring it over to share if it isn't already posted somewhere. I'm discerning to the point that I'm not going to put up pure junk, but not every single video is going to be the amazing throb of gunk like the recent stomach plug video posted here and popthatzit.
Despite some of the material being lamerthan other material, in the overall scheme of things, the ones I post to share really do follow my own addiction, or I wouldn't take time to share them. Yet when I post them, it seems that they're scrutinized rather than appreciated, and others think its a waste of their time. I understand I guess, though I thought if it was my addiction, it was likely others' addiction too.
So my question is this... and its genuine. Other than the random and rare really massive videos like the one on the stomach, is this site and popthatzit getting too proud or puffed up to accept those other more minor videos? They're still showing zits popping. They're still showing people getting ooky and giggling and going "OMG" and so forth. Are they a waste of time?
