Those tanning salons cause you the same problems that exposure to natural sunlight does, plus they cost money. Let's see, pay money to get skin cancer, hm-mmmm.
That's a great idea. I was usually pretty careful when tanning, but I've gotten occasional sunburns, too. My shoulders seem to be covered with harmless freckles--and I have at least a couple of blackheads back there that make me wish I could turn my head around like an owl to get a better look at them.
