I'd like to have the distinct honor of being the first Member to welcome Dr. J. I have been fascinated by your medical technique, your integrity, your ENT diagnoses for a long time. You are clearly dedicated to the skill and art of Medicine and I salute you. My father was a urological surgeon and it's rare to find a physician with a clear desire to inform, educate, enlighten, and might I add, entertain. WOW, Dr J. I love your vids!!! I am new here too and already feel so comfortable and uninhibited. You work is so interesting I find I watch the vids over and over. I tried to find you on the internet but kept coming up with some other guy who plays basketball!

Welcome Dr. J. I'm glad to see YouTube hasn't got you down. I love watching your micro-suction treatment and sinus surgeries (I've had a few of my own). When you micro-suction an ear canal, and all that debris is finally gone, it's like a beam of sunshine breaking through the clouds!!! I've had really bad swimmer's ear a couple of times, and all I can say is thank the heavens for micro-suction!
