It's 4am Mon. I like to shuffle through old vids this time of morning, when I can't sleep. The computer has somewhat taken over reading when it comes to sleepless nights. My teens are going to be gone for 25 more days, I sure miss those kids!! I'm rambling, back to the forum.. Watching the old vids, got me thinking about the consistency of the zit drainage. I wonder if my fellow zitmasters has a favorite feel or texture What do you like to see, do you like zits with odor? How about color? I never realized there were so many different shades of the primarily white exudate. I like to feel the stuff running through my fingers as I mash. Putting it into words would be something like chunk chunk chunkity chunk squirt! It's extra cool if they're audible!! What I have just described is the best zit for me, but bring any and all! How about the PTZ crew? have you ever thought about a fav. "type" of zit? Do you like the way a blackhead is solid and the zit right beside it is cream cheez? Maybe you like projectiles that really make windex work. My husband used to tell me the only reason I liked to get him at all was to hear him scream!! Thats not true, I would rather them be quite. Maybe some of us like to make our "popees" hollar! Just a little breakfast for the brain... Later, MotherE.

It is true that we don't know what we have until it's gone. But things will soon be back to normal, ya know how x flies.
I don't really care for a smelly evacuation of any kind but I think cysts have alot to offer. They can start as stringers & end up as an explosive gold mine of chunks, thick pus, whatever else is in there. I wish more would cut the suckers open & show us what's inside!!!Posted 2 years ago # -
My favorite video is "mashed potatoes"; next is "load off his back". Now, the earlobes are a different story--so I guess the location of the zit, cyst or growth determines the substrate I enjoy. Location, location, location, and of course the camera work- - oh I also like the trailer park video with the button on the back and the white stringy stuff--but again that is because it is on the back--if the location were different then not so much so.
I do have issues with gagging and bot fly's. I am mildly phobic so that is so not good for me to view--I have attempted to face my fear, but it isn't worth it to me. There are plenty of distractions that I do like so I avoid the images that are bothersome.
I do like zits that squirt. My husband has flawless skin--so until I discovered this website I had to just look at picture of boils and bumps and imagine the images of destruction. Now my biggest question is why do I like these images so much? I do believe it is a purging or release for me. It is like squeezing out all of my hurts, frustrations and problems. Maybe that is why location is so important to me?

I love blackheads. There is something about the uniform little pellet shape that comes out or the long string with the dark tip. On zits I like something thick enough that it has some consistency to it. For me it is all about relieving the pressure on the skin. I'm not big on big oozing infections though they definitely have their place.
I think my real love of zits and popping came when I was 11-15. I had a terrible case of folliculitis caused by staph. My legs were covered with cysts. I was misdiagnosed several times. The only relief I could get until I found a reputable dermatologist was to get up and soak my legs for a few minutes in the morning. I would then scrub my legs. After that I would pop open the aching pustules and then clean them and apply Neosporin. When I would go several days without doing this there would be patches that would become terribly inflamed and the area of my leg where the sore was would swell and become warm, hard, and red. It was awful but they really felt good to pop. I now have a few scars on my legs but mostly I just had pigment scars that faded. The biggest scar I have is actually from where they excised one to biopsy! I really wish this site was around then because I could have made some good money!

I really am. I had 2 Dr's who really screwed up, 2 who were honest enough to admit they didn't know what they were dealing with and that I needed to see someone else and finally one who diagnosed me instantly and tested my sores to find the right anti-biotic. I had a friend whose Aunt died of the flesh eating virus. Her grandma saw my legs, walked me home to my mother and started going nuts on how I needed to go to the hospital or I was going die. When you are 13 that's kind of scary to hear!
I'm a staph carrier now. I don't work in a health care facility but I do work with people who are medically at risk so I keep my nails real short and wash my hands constantly avoiding contact with my nose. If I'm visiting someone sick I go a little nuts and I wear gloves to protect them from me.

Hey Mothereruption, thanks for starting this thread! I like the ones that pop loud enough to hear. I guess my favorite zits are the ones that really get some distance and the ones where I can tell the core has come out. I seem to be drawn to the staph infection vids since they have those hard balls of pus in them. I wish I had chosen the name Hardcore now, as opposed to MirrorSpatter. :)
Back when I had significant pimples I liked that ones that would shoot out or at least produce a lot of pus. I'd squeeze them until I got to that hard center, and then I would take the center and smash it between 2 of my fingernails. I like to smash blackheads in this way too for some reason. Oh, and for whatever reason I like to roll them in between 2 fingers before doing this.Posted 2 years ago #
