I new I had seen this sort of condition somewhere before seeing the Cheesehead videos! So I went back to youtube to see if I could find it.....

This poor guy looks like he is just miserable.... I remember seeing the follow-up video after he was treated, and he looked sooo much better. However that vid doesn't seem to be around anymore.
