Well, Emil, I’ve been around this site since its earliest beginnings. This makes, what, about the fourth design? Rough in the old days with a lot of trash-talk, but takes quite a bit to clean things up once they get started, so I commend you on a fantastic job! Good traffic and more serious-minded people.
Doesn’t take a genius to figure the allure of popping pimples, etc. or watching them. It’s not sick at all, as some would suggest, but a very natural obsession. The manifesto says it all, but it simply breaks down this: you got something on the body that’s not only sore and hurts, but unsightly. By destroying it with your own hand and seeing the junk come out, is a visual aid to the relief.
Really, no zit is too small for the wearer, just so long as they see some results. Sure, for those who watch and like to see size and plenty of pus it matters, but for the individual involved they gain their own personal satisfaction.
At 61, I can’t remember the last time I had a zit and rarely find a blackhead. Nor did I ever have acne problems as a youth. I’d get a pimple now and then on the face or in some unusual place, but most of what I did get were around the shoulders and back. It was there I got some real whoppers!
I can say one thing, even for me, that after watching so many videos, we here at PTZ do indeed become experts on techniques. I’m not a MD or know the lingo, but can obviously tell the difference between someone who’s had experience from someone who hasn’t.
