i am fortunate as i have a pretty good complexion. Both of my daughters do, my son has mediocre acne with pock marks. i wonder if some of these poor souls with remarkable acne could find my obsession with gutting zits, cysts and so on offensive, if they knew about it? Care to share??

i am also lucky to have clear skin(in terms of zits n such),but i do have quite bad psoriasis.so i think i have the right to gawk at others skin conditions,as they don't seem to mind gawking at mine at every opportunity

I have very large breasts that people have stared at for years. Not quite the same thing, but as long as there is no mocking, I say carry on with these obsessions!

Kat, I had ugly, scaly, itchy psoriasis all over my ankles knees, elbows and scalp for the last 40 years (I'm 63 now). My dermatologist put me on Humira (one injection every 2 weeks which I do) and my psoriasis is gone!!!! I recommend it highly; it has released me from the constant itching. It is the ONLY thing that has worked.

I think that if people put them up on the web, they want us to look at them, however I think that we should always be kind about the people that are willing to share their imperfections for our amusement. I made a nasty comment regarding someone once, and have regretted it since. I hate to see comments where we pick apart the hands/nails/skin/home/etc. of these people. Just my opinion, for what it's worth.

I agree inna, I think that we should only critique the camera work and the popping technique. I said critique, and not insult. Provide positive suggestions rather than ripping them a new one. The one thing I cannot stand though, and do find as an exception to this, are the shrieking screamers and omg'ers. I have little patience for them and love the peeps who give a heads up to muting in the comments.

sexandzits,thanks.i have just finished a course of light therapy,and within a week it has returned with force.i have it head to toe and am looking for a treatment that might offer more success.so i will ask my dermatologist about it.cost is not an issue as it will be covered by the NHS.getting rid of this plague is.it is destroying my life,so thanks for the recommendation.

http://www.humira.com/Psoriasis/Default.aspx..........This is a miracle drug...I've been on it for about 4 months now...I have absolutely NO side effects...My psoriasis was so bad on my legs that I would scratch until I bled. You know how unbelievably itchy patches can be. At first, I was a wuss about injecting myself....it's no big deal...just make sure you inject slowly into your thigh, because it does sting a little....the slower you go, the less it stings...My dermatologist wanted me on this 2 years ago, but I was such a wuss about the needle. It's nothing...HUMIRA has changed my life. I no longer have active psoriasis. none, zero, nada, zilch...truly miraculous. Best wishes for getting rid of it.
