This is a classic vid, and is one of my personal favs. It's probably a pilonidal cyst, yet I really cant see the "dimple" that is characteristic of them. And yes, as a surgical procedure, it could be on the main page - except we have kinda of a set of guidelines for posting there that excludes direct shots of back exits, frontal units below the waist and for women, no totally bare in front above the waist. You'll notice the, err, bum surgeries that do get posted to the main pages usually do not show the hole, as it were. :) Mostly, it due to advertisers guidelines and trying to keep things visually PG-13, although language wise and sheer gross out factor often would get an R rating...
