It looked to me that it wasn’t an ordinary pus plug. I think that was a big wad of hairs clumped together. That was supremely cool! Absolutely magnificent!

That might feel better but it looked like it was swollen on the underside of the thumb in addition to the top. That may need real medical attention. Sometimes it’s just better to be safe than sorry.
