This is actually an Infected Blised filled with Pus n Fluid. Burst it with a sterile pin or push upward on it to get the junk out of the and then start Antibiotics for 7 days. AND LOTS OF MOTRIN OR PAIN MEDS AS PERSRIPTIOMS!!!!!!!!

The Pt. of mine with the 3 Triple Whammys, returned today with a Golfball Size Infected Cyst on his back. We Drained out 40ccs of Pus and Packed the Wound. Gave more Antibiotics and Pain Meds and sent him home!

A good way to Drain them, is to put on a Pair of Disposal Gloves and gently squeez out Pus. They are so Filled up that it so just take a Light Squeez to get them to blow out tons of Juicy, Wet, and Chucky Pus n Cores. ONLY WAY TO AVOID FURTHER INFECTION!!!!!!!

Most of the Blackheads are Infected as you can see from the Pus Filled Blisters. He needs to Drain those or else get a Nasty Skin Infection and/or 1 or more Giant Abscesses. As you can see, some are very large Blisters Filled with Pus that are starting to Abscess.

This Boil however is clearly Infected, Painful, and Inflammed. Heat 4xa day, Oral and Topical Antibiotics, LOTS OF MOTRIN 800MG Every 6to8 hrs, and keep clean is the Standard Treatment at this stage. If Pt cant tolerate Motrin 800mg, a med called Vicoprofen which is a Narcotic mixed with low but multiplied doses of an AntiInflamatory would be the next appropriate pain medication. Script needed!

Believe it or not, this Boil is not done filling with Pus. The area or Redness around the head is what is refered to as Induration or Collection of Blood. This 1 is about 1/2 way ripe all the Induration will turn to Pus vs if its Popped now 75per chance it will be back worse than now.
