  well the cow is sick and it is boney you can see its spine, thats not good. and if the cow could stand it would have when he stuck the knife in her. even if it had a local. animals that primarily stand up most of the time , dont lay down even if its had a local unless it is completly put under. the fact that you can soo its hip isnt the bad thing that would be normal if you couldnt see the spine also. i used to show cows and thing of that nature in FFa
