The actual title of this vid is 'Conjunctival Cysticercus removed with Fugo blade.' They were very careful not to break it. A worm larva in your eye, ACK!!!!!!

Scalpel says: "It was on the buttock. And it was more of a "moderate" excision technique. I tried to make a small incision and squeeze it out, but I ended up extending the incision a bit (maybe 2cm total) and using a sharp dissection technique with scissors around the edges to free it up.
