Thats actually a blister. I got that at bootcamp. They have you put a big bandaid on it everyday. It is HIGHLY contageous and if you havent had the vaccine you can get seriously ill. Its not really poppable (not that I tried) It just itches and discharges. When you see a scar on the side of someone's shoulder, thats what it is.

Uhhhh, hello people. Smallpox...you don't pop that unless you want a full blown outbreak. I had the shot, still have the scar, saw soldiers that got full blow smallpox and really don't wish that on anyone.
