  I think this has been out there for a while. I believe it was a Hispanic male with an anal fissure-pilonidal cyst thing. The end result looks 100 times worse than the start. These surgeries are extensive and are very painful. I feel sorry for anyone who has had one. What in the world is Eureka?!?!?!?!?!

  The "chunks" are areas where they had to remove the fissures/pathways going to/from the cyst. Those type of cysts are known to tunnel and the damage can be quite exstensive. If the doctor does not remove almost every single trace they can keep coming back. WHAT IS EUREKA!?!?!!? LOL
