  skin popping heroin or cocaine will cause an abscess like this one to form. it is clearly swollen/cellulitis and needs to be sliced with scalpel. why don't people understand that? pus would pour out of this thing if it was cut.

  would someone shoot heroin or cocaine into their elbow? I think that would hurt like heck. I've heard of crack being injected into the forehead of a woman who had run out of other spots. She grew bangs to cover the needle marks.

  most people don't purposely shoot drugs into their elbows. they try to hit the vein on the underside of their arms near their elbows and miss the vein. when the vein is missed the drug is shot into the skin or muscle which usually forms an abscess and they're VERY painful. this clip looks like a missed vein injection to me.
