I tried to make a small incision and squeeze it out, but I ended up extending the incision a bit (maybe 2cm total) and using a sharp dissection technique with scissors around the edges to free it up.   do these dark colored productions from the backside perhaps come from pilodinal cysts? Usually the insides of a pilodinal cyst are like those of a dermoid cyst, with teeth like structures and even hair, but I am wondering if perchance this could be from a pilodinal cyst that hasn't fully matured. I have seen videos of cysts on the rear that produce a white substance like that of sebaceous cysts. Interesting though isn't it?

  Are these cysts coming from the butt cheek or the butt crack? If they are in fact coming from the inner crack then I coud see why they do indeed look like crap. Maybe when people poop they are smearing the poop when they wipe on the spot where the cyst is and it some how gets inside the growth. If this isn't what's happening I am at a loss as to why all the 'butt cysts' lately seem to look like feces. So far, all the cysts I've seen from other body parts, are more flesh colored or reddish. Are there other photos or pics of cysts that came from the butt cheek, nowhere near the anus that look like this? And also, is there anyone who has one of these crap like cysts that will admit they were in the general proximity of the butt hole? Please someone answer who knows more about these things than I do as I am far from being an expert on the subject. All I have are theories.

  I'm glad that I'm not the only one that is questioning where exactly these cysts are coming from and what they are composed of... I agree they do look like feces.

  Several weeks ago I asked some brave soul to come forward and admit to the possibility that their feces are getting inside of their cysts. It's no big deal, if we are all morbid enough to view this site, I think we can handle the full explanation. I know the truth is out there. I Believe.

  This stuff is the same color and texture of the cyst in my favorite video "Greatest home cyst removal " U-TUBE. The only difference is this grey beauty is dried out, whereas in the video the gray stuff is steaming hot and farm fresh.
