  It's someone's ankle. The whole area around the inside of the ankle bone looks infected and like dead tissue. At least this 'surgical' draining included betadine to treat the area before, during and after it was drained. Oooozzze it so good.

  Actually what it looks like is a Necrotic blister, so Flyking138 is partially right. If this is what it is. Now I am no doctor and dont take my word on it. But from alot of studying on things morbid and whatnot, this is what it looks like. Its usually caused by a flesh eating bacteria. I do not remember the name
