  Read "result of systemic administration of corticosteroid" cortico steriod is not the same as anabolic steroids or androgenic steroids which cause the familiar back acne in bodybuilders and what not... "cortic steroids are an anti-inflammatory treatment usually perscribed for Extreme acne...So you dumbzit comment about not seeing any "muscular development" shows you ignorance and inability to read and use Google..

  I should point out that the posessive form of -you- is -your-, so 'you dumbzit comment' should actually be 'your dumbzit comment', and 'shows you ignorance' should be 'shows your ignorance'. You also used the posessive form of -you- incorrectly in your salutation 'Your a Dumbzit'. You need a verb there, so it should be 'You're a Dumbzit'.
