I could run them to the Vet once a month to have it done but it's really not that big of a deal since a normal drainage look's NOTHING like the video of this dog! One or two second's of sqeezing is not worth the time or expense of taking my dog's to the Vet at all! P.S. Obviously wearing gloves is a MUST but i also highly recommend doing it outside!
