Squeezing something like that until it rips the skin to break through is not the brightest idea. You need to make an incision with a razor blade or a scalpel, so the junk inside can be easily pressed out without getting everybody in the room, LOL.

it has nothing to do with a doctor you dipzit. it's the ONLY way to do it correctly and the way to make a good film clip. i hate hearing the victim screaming because there's no incision made to the abscess, meaning there's no way for the pus to escape. hence forming lots of painful pressure and a zitty zit clip.

It's ironic that the girl doing all the work steadfastly continues even when it goes extreme but the guy doing the filmwork gets queasy and whiny. Sounded like he had a weaker stomach then the others watching the extraction.
