  the end looks exactly like tobacco from a cigarette or cigar. I would just cut a slit in the entire thing and take it all out in one piece. It most likely would not even bleed because it is so thin. I am just going to tackle the next person I see with a blackhead and squeeze that thing until it is finished.   How come there's never a video to go with these really, really weird blackheads and other skin marvels?? Don't student-doctors need to learn how to get those types of things out safely, how to find exactly what it's made of--and how to treat if necessary? Oh--and by the way--what IS the GIGANTIC single black thing on the back of that other poor guy's neck ?!? I can't find the video (and don’t know the name), but surely most of you have seen it. It's about as big around as a baseball, flat, and blackish-brown (?) colored. If anyone has any more information about this neck "blackhead," please add it, okay? Hope this makes sense... :)
