  I think this is way beyond a zit. It's more like an absesses or staph. My sis-in-law has been getting them for years and has probably 30 to 40 scars under each armpit. No exaggeration. They leave HUGE battle scars and when she pops them you had better back the "F" up. Puss squirts everywhere. Seriously. The bathroom mirror and whatever is in its way is gonna get it. Whats even more impressive is that she will get 10 to 15 under each pit at a time, so you can imagine the battlefield left behind. If it weren't so fascinating to watch , I wouldn't because just writing about it makes me so queasy I think I may be sick, so you can imagine witnessing it in person. Anyway , her doc said it was a form of staph. I also might add that this is the only place on her body they appear though she does have very unusual acne in other places.
