He really needs to remove the scab and let it drain, adding some peroxide would help as well. While he's at it he needs to take the needle and use it on the camera guy.

I think I am going to open a pimple poppin school! Stupid people who can't get pus out properly! AARRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!! 1. TAKE THAT STUPID SCAB OFF! using that needle just made it bleed and put more holes in it to get infected. 2. I KNOW IT HURTS SO PUT SOME ORAJEL OR SOME CORTIZONE CREAM THAT HAS A BIT OF LIDOCAINE IN IT! 3. FIRE THAT CAMERAMAN!!! My school will also offer courses in how to hold a camera steady and get the best shots. GEEEEEEZZZZZ!!!!!
