Oh, for pity's sake, get to a physician, who is going to have to de-roof the pouch you have created and either graft tissue off your zit to close it up, or to dress the wound lightly and allow the wound to close by secondary intention, i.e., mongo scabs and scarring. I would not try doing this myself, even with all the supplies possible (lots of lidocaine, for starters; with epi, yes, because otherwise this mother is gonna bleed) because maintaining a good sterile field is essential to a good outcome and you're not going to get that in the field. Get to an E.R. and let a real doctor treat that wound before it kills you.
