  Dr. Pepette done a fearless job! There’s 3 more chapters. Not to question the doctor, but I would have tried to wedge-out the sac rather than bust it, then snip it. The doctor knows best, though. As for pain, the back can stand quite a bit. Look at suspension. Anyway, very enjoyable!

  I second the motion P.P.mama. It was a very satisfying video but much remained undealt with in the end. Otherwise it was great. Oh, and sub titling would've been nice as well. I know this will sound ignorant to some, but I wish they had sub titling options on all non English speaking ones. For that matter, non English speaking people should have the same courtesy.
