  i got a zit kinda like that a few years back it was positioned in the ear in a way that i could press on my ear on the outside and it would pop... i would get almost that much pus every time i popped it everyday for a couple months it was sooooooooo much fun i never wanted it to end.

  reminds me of when my daughter use to get inner ear infections and the pus would finally come thru the "tube" that she had surgically inserted in her ear
