If you're not going to film it, then don't post it. I don't care about seeing the guy's eyebrow, chin, shirt, etc. They don't call this site "pop that zit" for nothing.

I got motion sickness trying to watch. The lighting is very bad, the one doing the squeezing dosen't know how to get a zit out of a nose. I have found the best way is to punch your nose up. Of course you could practice with the camera dude, who definately didn't know what the hell they were doing. This has got to be the worst video ever.
