I have no idea what the grey stuff could have been but a guy I knew had to get a cyst removed once and it was full of hair, yes, like 5 inch long hair that would grow on top of your head but his was in his lower back. It was pretty sick but this dude needs to see a doctor.

1st off, major ups to the recipient of the operation. He's a helluva man for sucking that up!!! 2ndly, I'd like to thank the person who posted this. I thought that video with JD and the hot Canadian chick Colleen was the best one. It's still my favorite one, but without a shadow of a doubt this one had to be the most fulfilling. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time, and got a major payoff in the end. I like the gross stuff...

That cyst is over 7 years old, that gray stuff was dead white blood cells that were really old.

Mine was done by a doctor though. It was pretty nasty. If they didn't get all of his, it will come back. So, good luck with that. Cool video though!

Im not a Dr, lol. I work for a medical practice. I was doing my nephew a favor by cutting out that cyst. It was a cyst by the way. The comment a couple of lines up had it right. Its an epidermal inclusion cyst. Its was my first time seeing one of those, hence the excitement.

Very Satisfying, I was worried about the out of focus bits, but very good job everyone! Nice of you to do that for your nephew. BTW, I have noticed that lots of people with these mega zits/cysts/creatures are tattooed more than once... Does tattooing put you at higher risk for these 'events'?

I just showed my Mom the video and then read all the post-she thinks the world has cone crazy when people get this excited about pus! My sister and I live for this stuff. Kudos to the guy who did the popping. For us with no life (according to Mom) this stuff gives us a reason to laugh.

I think people who make fun of us who get into watching this pimple and cyst popping stuff are liars! They think it's cool too, they just don't want to admit it because it is weird! Deep down they want to see more and more too!

Tattoos DO NOT cause these type of events. Now if you get a tattoo and don't care for it properly you will get an infection, not a cyst. Bad and infected tattoos are usually the fault of the idiot that did not clean his tattoo or allowed his friend to touch it with unclean hands.

I imagine that felt great to get that thing out of there...Great surgical technique, dude! You wore gloves and I could hear a sterile 2x2 being opened, and you even uttered the word "hemostat." What did you use a hemostat for? It didn't sound like you were going to yank the rest of the stalk out. Just wondering.

Thankx for the ups! I honestly don't recommend doing this in the house in anyway. The cost of getting this thing removed was around $400. So I did it for him. I cleaned it out with peroxide and iodine before I stitched him up. I did my best to keep everything as sterile as possible. The reason for the hemostats was so that I could lift the skin and see if I left any part of the sac in the pocket.

I cut as deep as I could. Mind you that we didn't have an anesthetic so I could open him up and look around. He was a trooper to take all that with just a little freeze spray. By my guess, it should come back. If it does, we will all see a sequel to this video.

i have removed a few systs and oil packets in my time, some of them stink like rotton flesh, others smell odd. once i removed one and it came out like and looked like an onion bulb. i have removed a few from my mums scalp and a few from my pas back.

The pseudo-doc's voice is one of the most...er...intoxicating voices I've heard in a while! It made me (a very happily married woman) want to see if his looks lived up to it! Honey, your voice is marvelous to listen to! If you never have, you should consider radio, TV or some other way to use your voice to make a living. You also sound educated and are well-spoken (which is becoming a rare commodity in our world). Best of luck (to your "patient" also)!!
