  Looks like a dog mammary. My dog, ever since having a litter (years ago) gets a build up like that in her teets. Looks like that is what this is. Dont believe me? Roll your dog over (short haired) and look at the hair on the belly - looks just like the hairs in this photo too. Chunky pooch teet buildup. Still cool, but not a cyst.
