I don’t think this one has made it back yet! As most Popologists who have been around PTZ for more than a year remember when Dr. Janakiram’s original YouTube account got “Totally Tubed!”. Yeah, they pulled not just a video here and there, but the entire channel.

He has been back for awhile, and lately has been bringing us some great new videos. But there are still several videos we haven’t seen replaced in the Archives. This is one of them. ENJOY!

“I would say both. The very Rt hand forward pocket seemed like fungal, and possibly formed separately from the ispissated pus in the other chambers. But, if I had to choose one or the other… I would say pus all the way….

Dr. Janakiram has brought us so many fascinating videos, and has probably been more of a teacher to us than just a provider of entertainment. I think you’d be amazed at how many parts of the nose and sinus cavities you actually know, and all the things that can go wrong (of course listed from mild to grossest, right?)

This surgery involves saving the sight of a man’s right eye. Due to a head on traffic accident, the optic nerve leading to the right eye has been impinged upon by a piece of bone. To further complicate matters (this wasn’t his day at all) a skull fracture has also caused a CSF leak.

And that’s all I’m gonna tell ya. What – did you think I was going to give away the ending??? C’mon… it’s Dr. J we’re talking about! If I were in this guys shoes, I’d definitely want to be under Dr. Janakiram’s skillful care. Plus my feet would probably ache somewhat fierce if the shoes were too tight. When they penned the phrase “Walk a Mile in Another Man’s Shoes,” I don’t think they took into account things like shoe size, athlete’s foot and other fungal infections. How about we just walk the same path, but keep our own shoes on.
