What would a Saturday night be without a puss fountain. This must hurt but all seem to be in great form (a little liquid courage)? Seriously, that might or might not be their actual voices… Butt then, why would they hide it? Its not like anyone is going to recognize the small part of this guy bum showing….or would they???!!!

(Wow, TC! You weren’t kiddin’! Looks like this guy has a scar from a deep Pilonidal Surgery, and is it just me, or is there hair in the pus as well as on the butt??? Great find!!! Ya rock!)

Even from the still shot in the search listing I could see that this Pilonidal Cyst was going to be H-U-G-E! And guess what? I wasn’t disappointed! And here is a teaser from the dialogue between patient (P.) and camera woman (C.W.)…

C.W. “That is ridiculous.”
P. “What’s ridiculous?”
C.W. “Your booty…”
P. “What happened?!?”
C.W. “It exploded.”

So I guess volume is okay, in fact, its suggested – if you even notice it while watching all the pus come out. The very last shot is great (it almost crosses into unpostable… barely), and her comment is really funny if you listen carefully.

Sorry It Took So Long….

I said I would post a pic in a reply to this thread, Way Awesome Pilonidal Cyst Surgery , of my own surgery (4 years ago now). Here it goes, hope you had lunch

For the gory details, read my comment in response to the post mentioned above… that “bump/callous/thing/WTF” is about 2″ around & sticks out about 2″ (to give you some perspective) & the red/blistering is because it seeps constantly, have change the skivvies 3-4 times a day. Mainly wanted to show you what a Pilonidal Cyst surgery looks like after heals.

Just got home from the Dermatologists office, she said the ‘Butt Nipple’ is Lymphatic tissue that has bulged out from the skin that was caused from several things… and the seeping is Lymphatic fluid.

This poor guy has quite the abscess on his thigh/buttocks from, well, I’ll let him explain: “Bad shot of stanazol. Caused from a bit of rubber from the seal going into the barrel…. then my buttocks ”. Ouch! I don’t know if I’d smile after that. But he’s a great sport about popping his free-flowing abscess, and we get to enjoy the show! And, he’s found an ingenious use for those disposable dish towels you can buy at the supermarket. They clean up pus so well! So, our popper/poppee’s been shot through the arse and ‘roids are to blame! They give love a bad name (bad name)! Our video’s star disagrees, he thinks the positives of steroid use outweigh the negatives. But love is a social disease. Press play, folks, I can do this all day.

Frankly, this is one sore looking heinie, and this one has one of the largest reddened areas I’ve seen yet, though there’s not a lot of pus involved. But, it seems shareable! Hoping the lady feels better soon!
