It just wouldn’t be a Holiday without PTZ’s favorite ENT – Dr. Janakiram! And for all you Dr. J. fanatics out there, here is an FYI that might help y’all… his Channel is no longer “ENTENCYCLOPEDIA”. Some weirdness at YouTube has them pushing changing your Channel ID to your full name. Well, I guess he opted in and you can now find his videos under “NARAYANAN JANAKIRAM”. Hope that helps, in case anybody was lost in YT land trying to find Dr. J.’s collection!

Now – about the video. I have never seen anything like it – very different and complicated! A good learning experience, and Dr. J. shows off his per usual cleanliness of the surgical field.
