Oooh Nasty! That was more like an infected ingrown hair follicle ans the pus oozing is what is making all that encrustation around that huge hole that is filling that hole , and from the looks of it he has a hell of a lot of pus trapped in there, so much so that it is nearly coming out of the surface. Which leaves me puzzled as to what the point was in just picking at the dried pus with tweezers, which the sensible and more practical thing to do is to clean the area with a sterile gauze after applying a warm compress to soften the infected area and then disinfect the area well and with clean fingers squeeze the bejesus out of it till all that lovely pus oozes and squirts,! Yeah now that’s what i’m talking about!
