I wonder what’s inside the cyst. It had to be hard, because the cyst stayed in shape after removal.
Do we really want to know?! LOL do you think there is a limit for ALL of us sickos? I cam close to watching the rotten pancreas being removed! I would love to know how that felt going in to the cavity and trying to loosen up the cyst!
Wow! Reminded me of pulling an inline 6 cylinder from a 83 Chevy C10 short bed truck. They needed a tripod and chain pulley to hoist that thing. Cool vid TC. Thanks!!

oh my what!?!?!? I have to say that was amazingly large in comparison to the poor womans body! I wonder what the contents looked liked though. I think it really would have been over the top if they had sliced it open so we could have a visual of the contents . . .

WOW!!! I am glad she had that thing removed before it burst. I wonder if she just thought she was prego??
The burst might have been at the very least incompassitating (with radiating pain into the tail area that is horrific!!!!) I really wonder what her symptoms were and how fast it grew (it must have been at least somewhat fluid filled, not all solid, so potentially quickly. She seemed young though.
Thats what you call being up to your elbows in your work! Holy cyst. I would like to know how much that weighed.

I read something about this and to see the surgery, wow!!! I’ve seen many things come out of pelvises but WOW!!! And the way he’s in their blind, reaching in and turning his back…
Nice to see her post op, Murphy Strap(esque)s in place – she looks good!!! I have to think there is a positive outcome here! That’s great.

Did anyone else wonder “Unicef has a cyst scale”? I bet the woman was VERY happy the surgeon bounced her cyst up and down!
Holy Cyst! that thing had to be roughly 35 lbs! I wish I could loose 35 lbs like that!
Are you forgot to write that thing is heavy 15,7 kilograms?

It is like a 4-5 babies.
34.6 pounds, yikes!!! I thought they would need a crow bar to get it out. Lady looks extremely happy and relieved to have it gone.
34.6 pounds is a world record for a water melon or pumpkin!!! Amazing – incision getting infected primary concern. WOW – I wondered how someone could not notice but it appears 3rd world country conditions.
Third world at least, maybe forth.
Theater lighting was less than ideal. Small staff. I saw no fluids during or after. The incision was dressed with a series of sanitary napkins.
All things considered, a damn fine job under the conditions.
No reason for the surgeon to make a full incision like that. Should have made an incision, then suctioned the innards out and then pulled the sac wall through the hole. That’s a hell of a recovery
I am also thought about it.
One reason is the recovery, and other is off course that we will saw all the miracles that were grown inside.
awesome find! Can you imagine the insides of that! If it is one of those that have hair, bone, teeth and all that in there. If it would be alive – a gremlin would come out of that thing! I would love to see them open that up!
now on the flip side of that comment. That poor women! by the looks of it the cyst weighed more than she did. I hope she recovered without major infection…
The post operative analysis of the cyst will e performed by Dr. Gallagher, making use of his invention, the “sledge-o-matic”
Maybe a “Medecins Sans Frontieres” vid (1st world docs and nurses doing charity work in 3rd world places where there is little or no medical help.) That doc is a hero, extricating that humongous thing, and giving that patient back her life. Darfur? That woman is lucky to be alive altogether. Those medical people are saints. Thanks for posting.
