The video poster writes that “After a night of drinking he lets two girls pop a cyst on his leg and it became infected… this is the result!”
What you see is some pus, and lots of time spent by the doctor digging in and tearing out the old cyst wall, which after popping was left behind, thus causing said leg infection. Poor guy – but perhaps his story will help others learn the following:
1) Don’t pop when drinking
2) Two giggling girls, drunk, should not play doctor
3) ALWAYS get the cyst sac OUT!
‘Nuf said. Push play, have fun.

I would be yelling for morphine!
*guhhhh* MORE MORPHINE!!!
Those girls better have been worth it.
Forget the morphine, just knock me out! Thanks HS for the great video.
Am I the only one who could not see the action?????
HS, we need to start a public awareness campaign:
1) Don’t pop when drinking
2) Two giggling girls, drunk, should not play doctor
3) ALWAYS get the cyst sac OUT!
I think he handled that well, he was obviously in pain but wasn’t being a baby about it. I wish he had a friend with him to film it.
Again I compliment you HS, great find! He better be glad he got a leg infection instead of the great social disease.
This Dr. seemed like a pretty cool guy! GREAT bedside manner.
Can any of the medicos here (or anyone for that matter) explain why they make such a HUGE outline when doing these procedures? I’ve seen it several times before and can’t figure it out… at first I thought maybe it was a guide showing them the area that was likely to be numb based on the nerve(s) they hit with lidocaine or whatever, but it just seems to extremely big…
Thanks Halph great find! We should put this up as what not to do…no maybe not or they will all stop!!!! Cant have that now can we lol
otakucode: The outline is actually how they mark the infection. Sometimes, they outline only where the infection has spread to thus far – in other words the border of the infection. Other times, they will go so many centimeters or whatever out from the infection border, then draw the line. This is to gauge how far and fast the infection is spreading, and with the second type of marking, the line usually denotes “Serious Action Required if Infection Reaches This Line”. I have seen patients with concentric lines, with dates, showing the progression of the infection, or the opposite – the regression of the infection as the area infected shrinks.
Hope that helps! ~ H.S.
“2) Two giggling girls, drunk, should not play doctor”
What? But… Oh… oh, now I get it. I see. Okay.
@otakucode
I think it’s an outline has something to do with the infected pus pockets as it begins to worsen. Just a guess, if anyone knows for sure if I’m right or wrong don’t keep it to yourself
