Good God! That was icky stuff coming out of that guy’s nail! Seriously, with all of the germs that our fingers touch, I’d be worried about the tip of my finger falling off if I were that guy. Of course, I’m a bit of a drama queen, so that’s just me, but you have to admit, that was some thick, yellow, nasty infection, and some serious black bruising or whatever behind it. at the very least, that nail will never be normal again! Gack!
I was thinking the same, Inna. I was wondering if the nail was going to come off for the grand finale!
That nail looked like it NEEDED to come off! There was a fair amount of blood and infection left under that nail, after all. Just look back at the discoloration! Seriously though, a great pop and squeeze, all in all. No screams and squeals, just Camera, and ACTION! Good one!

Ohhh I bet that hurt but was such a huge relief at the same time… that pressure being removed was probably wonderful. I definitely think they should have at least put a pinhole in the base of the nail so that anything building up under there could escape… that’s another place pressure can build and be excruciating.
Our doc burned a hole through my Mom’s nail after I accidentally shut the door on her finger. The nail came off anyway. When it grew back, had looked like awning.
I think he’s definitely going to lose the nail. It probably just needs to grow out a bit more and then will start coming off. I had an injury to my big toe and it took a while for the nail to finally loosen up and come off. It’s a weird feeling when it does because the area that the nail usually covers is so sensitive. I had to keep a bandaid on it because it felt so weird when my sock touched it.
Good find datentime….. but too close to home for my liking. I had more than my fair share of that kind of injury as a glue clamp operator and getting my fingers smashed between panels or berween the panel and bottom clamp jaw. It kinda makes you want to say #&!% real loud.

@datentime I’m glad you posted it as I didn’t see it the first time. I really hope that person got medical treatment as that was a serious infection and gangrene can easily develop.

datentime… you seem to be pretty touchy about this so in the future I will just inform Emilbus about this. He is so busy he can’t look up every video to see if it has been posted before either. I just always think it is our responsibility to do this because he really doesn’t have the time. Now this one I wouldn’t expect you to remember this video but it does show, if you do like Emilbus has suggested, it being posted on YouTube. There are numerous ways to know if a video has been posted and they are suggested ALL over this site. Maybe this is a tab thing Emilbus should put up along with how to post a video.
Forgive me for upsetting you. That wasn’t my intent. I have had some members tell me that they like to know about the other postings because they like to read the other comments.

@Date- PPM might be the only one telling you about it in the comments section but lots of other people think it’s extremely annoying to have reposts all over the place on this site. No one is perfect, but PPM is trying to keep this site from being full of duplicates. No need to be defensive.
