Sorry if I disappoint anyone. It’s not a zit, cyst, or abscess. It is an unbelievable hematoma SQUIRT out of a chest! Whatever the hell happened to this guy looks bad from the rest of his chest bruises, but the river of blood that squirted out of this guy’s chest, it’s a wonder why he’s not dead…
