Australian med school ganglion excision Here’s why you have a ganglion cyst removed by a doctor, NOT by doing voodoo science where you slam it with a book. I love the guy’s accent and this ganglion is HUGE. We get so many kitchen table vids, so enjoy how it’s done by the professionals. Slam a ganglion with a book and it will grow back AND if it’s attached to anything internally, you’ll end up in major hand surgery. Enjoy the vid. I love the Aussie accent.

**WARNING: 2nd Video May Be Considered Graphic by Some – Please Be Aware. Thanks! END WARNING** Here are two new videos. The first one is pretty good – shows some infection coming out but I couldn’t get whatever was building up in their out. So in the second video, which is more gory and bloody [...]

PTZ got a note from the creators of the 1st installment, “Kruse’s Eye!”… the cyst hath returned! It goes like this: “Thanks for posting our vid, we uploaded a second video for you viewing pleasure! It’s entitled “Kruse’s Eye 2″ on youtube. This time the *&%$ really hits the fan, literally!” Isn’t it nice when [...]

Nice work SNZ! I wonder how tight they have that tourniquet on that blokes arm?
lol! sex, did you REALLY love the guy’s accent, ‘cuz you wrote it twice in your intro. Pretty cool vid, it was neat to see it removed w/o it getting punctured.
When he says “mass”, it sounds like “mess”…gotta love that. You get one of those, you could put it in a jar, give it place of honor on the mantelpiece, with a label that says “Grandpa’s Mess”.
I wish he’d cut that one open…
Maybe not on the mantel, but in the room of horrors or something, it would be pretty funny.
was this a cadaver?
Good Lord that was HUGE!!!! AWESOME find SNZ!
…. and the accent was dreammy!!
Yeah, where’s the blood? The skin looks weird. Savruk, you may be right.
The Narrator mentions the patient is in good health, must be a living specimen.
That is a cadavers hand. No educated Surgeon would push down on the tendons in the hand like that if they needed to continue to be used. No blood, lack of concern for the tendons and greenish blue fingers, my vote is cold body.
It may have been “in good health” before he got shot or had a wreck. They said that in my class as well.
Crocodile hunter was reincarnated as a medical video narrator. One can only wish…..
Often, for hand surgery, they put a tourniquet on the arm close to the shoulder, which stops the blood flow. It seems to be the best way to get a bloodless field.
Creeps me out when you can see inside of the hand like that and there is no blood to obscure your vision I think I like it better with the blood! Great find!
Caller, turn your radio down, please.
S-n-Z great post answered all of my questions about those weird things
hope people w/ g-cysts benefit from knowledge gained and tell their cousin to put the book back on the friggin shelf
LOL I’m Australian so this is normal sounding for me
Thanks, I hate Australian accents
Wow, I have a new appreciation for the structure of my hand! I have to agree: the cavity beneath the incision was creepily empty, like the skin was totally detached from the body. I can’t believe there wasn’t blood. It would have to be sludge not to leak just a little bit…If that was a living person, they were dead shortly thereafter. I couldn’t let something get that big under my skin without attempting a bathroom surgery.
Usually I like Aussie accents (Sexy!) but this one was a BIT harsh and a tad on the Brit side.
Nice find, congrats sex you now have the honor of having supplied PTZ with its’ second “surgical removal” of a ganglion cyst!
Nice.
Nice vid… on the accent (as an Aussie myself), sounds to me like there’s a bit of Kiwi in there somewhere, maybe he’s an ex-pat now living in Australia(?)
I agree that his “mass” sounds like “mess”, also his “fifty” sounds like “fufty” to me and “suggested” like “suggisted”.
Any other Aussies have thoughts about this? I could talk accents, or watch cyst vids, all day…
What is it with non-australians and out accents?
I’ll admit, his accent is heavier than mine (could be kiwi? It sounds a bit heavy), but it wasn’t until I went overseas that I realised that my accent is still very much there, and that people seem to take a borderline-obsessive interest in it. When american tourists come up and ask you to direct them to a place, then apologise because you’re not a local, then just keep talking because “ya got a real purdy voice there”, it’s….just kind of weird.
Well, if I ever stumble across a cyst, or if my brother will ever let me film him and his blackheads (which I occasionally help him be rid of), I promise to talk throughout the video. xD
@11Sharn11, in New Haven, Conn., my girl & I ordered something and the lady says, “Oooh… I LOVE your accent!”, so I say, “Thanks”. So she says, “Oh no, not yours, YOURS…” (points to gf) “…I have my GPS set to an Australian woman’s voice.”
Of course, my girl clams up, embarrassed. So it’s not Steve Irwin they like, it’s Nicole Kidman…
