Ben’s Head Cyst
I wish these people would make a big enough incision so the contents could move through more easily and not leave the patient with bruised and swollen areas. This cyst really should have popped right out.

me, too, Julez! I am really happy to see her throw that washrag away! This could have been awesome but they must have watched the wrong 5-6 videos (they said in their comments that they watched videos before doing this).
This could have been so awesome! The good news is that they definitely didn’t get the sack, so hopefully we’ll be seeing more of this!
This video was very frustrating to watch! I totally agree with everyones comments that a much bigger incision was necessary. The squeezing was all wrong, way too much wiping going on, and we all know that there was a LOT more gunk in there!!! I bet I am not the only one who wishes that I were the one dealing with that beauty of a cyst!!!

Went from gloves to bare hands back to gloves. The washrag with the hole cut out was a nice touch but I noticed it ended up being a wipe rag.
Totally agree, the hole should have been larger…there should have been no problem getting this cyst emptied…and I hear ya Julez, I wish I had people in my life too that had cysts…
So disappointing. It could have been so much more. Give the camera person a shot of vodka to calm his/her nerves…..errrrrr!!

Until I discovered PTZ and YT, I never realized the amount of ignorance there is in the world when it comes to extracting puss. I mean come on?!!??! Are people now days to ignorant to visualize puss under the skin, and the need to get away from it in order to get under it and squeeze it out like toothpaste?

WoW. Just WoW. I don’t like to zit and complain about the people making the vids, as I like to imagine that by being nice, they’ll continue to show us their pus. However, I just cannot help it this time! What was with the over-edited, stupid music, drunk acting cameraman, and a woman popping an awesome cyst with mass potential who looked like she had never seen a cyst removal done in her lifetime!??? This vid could have been so cool, and now the guy just has a bald spot that will have to be made bald again. Their attempt at a “sterile” field was beyond laughable too. Man, why can’t these people go to someone that knows what they’re doing? Just watch some vids first, then do it, for God’s sake!
This is what happens when a couple of amateurs try to make the procedure LOOK professional. They fail. The incision DID need to be at least three times the length it was; this was a bit of ‘skin popping’ at it’s worst. And as for the squeezing (which I found to be half-hearted) they needed to resort to blunt dissection in this case to loosen the pockets and the sebum deposit. ALSO: they could have opened up the whole pocket by bluntly injecting (thru a fair-sized incision) a quantity of scrub solution consisting of 50% Betadine and 50% Hydrogen Peroxide. That’s what is done in most ER’s the world over (Casualty Units to you Brits) so as to get the crap out prior to dissecting the pus pocket in a cyst such as this was. This was too big to allow to re-fill as it will come back bigger and ‘angrier’ than ever in the future.
Amateur Popologists for sure. And the combination of the victim moving, the camera moving, in and out of focus and that damned music gave me vertigo. I’ll bet that dude’s head was sore for a month. And that wash cloth looked like it had been drying on the towel rack for a week. He probably caught fungus of the mongus from it. But kudos to Squeezer for being on the hunt and finding it for us. Thanks for the post and keep em coming. By the time I find these they’ve always been posted already.
lol @Skull Ranch Cowboy …. fungus of the mongus … that is funny … but probably true! And you’re right about vids being posted when you find them. We have a lot of popologists looking for vids for the site now instead of just a handful. I think it is great!

Gawd.. the music was annoying as the crap my neighbor blares at 2am in the morning when he drives up. >__> But I gotta say at one point the cyst looked like, well a ‘head’. Gives new meaning to dick head.. x)

The only thing that kept me watching was the music. I would rather listen to this then that screaming acid metal bs. Yeah these guys really zited this cyst job up. I just hope that the patient is able to see a dr or have someone with real experience finish draining this cyst. I hope he makes a full recovery. I know I would be so pissed if I had to walk around with a big bald spot on the back of my head.

Okay…I think this really must top the list of “cysts zited up and gone to waste by goofy people”. Had such potential but ruined by horrible camera work, entirely way too small of an incision site, and just general stupidity. -sigh-. Thanks for the post anyway, tho.

Reminds me of an old Bugs Bunny cartoon. Whenever Elmer Fudd was struck on the skull with a hammer, tree, anvil, or baseball bat, a huge lump arose from the head.
Wow – wake up one day with that on your head! Wonder if the couple who filmed a cyst the size of a baseball on his head attempting to pop it with a pin when to the ER to have it removed. It was beyond HUGE – large enough to have a planet orbit it.
