Basically, a not-so-good translation but from that and the dialog and from having seen a lot of pus in my time (am an RN in UK):

22 year old male bodybuilder who 5 days ago injected an unknown quantity of Synthol-type substance (probably an unlicensed/home-made substitute) into his left bicep. He soon developed localised pain with redness in the region, and a fever (all getting worse – indicating a severe, infection of some days duration that is now systemic ie. has started to poisoning his blood).

The discharge is mixed with the Synthol stuff, hence the odd colour.

This looks like a child, at 2:25 you can see the side of a head. That infection was MASSIVE. Imagine getting hit with a water balloon filled with that massed peas colored puss. If this accually is a body-builder, bad news, its not muscle

That one was the best pus drainage video I’ve seen. They didn’t just stop in the middle with lots of pus remaining, they didn’t have some girl screaming and everyone running around with extraction of just a very small amount of pus, it was out of the U.S. (somewhere in Russia I’m guessing) where you see the liters of pus come out. I would like to know what caused it, though…

that was his left arm – bicep – how huge was that before being drained? that looked like a full gallon or really close too it.
btw where did the pus/blood go?
im betting thats frm the use of steroids.
thats why doc warned friends not to do this.
i hope ur all better now, whatever u did to cause that, DON’T do it again.
