i had an abscess just like that recently, only it was on a top tooth. because the root of the tooth was long it was digging into my sinus cavity and the infection seeped through to the floor of my sinus. totally the idiot dentist’s fault. he started a root canall, nevr finished it and left it open. he was out of time and had another patient who was paying cash of course whereas i had disbility insurance that pays out at a lower rate. so he told me to book another appt. and i had to wait 2 weeks before he could see me again, within 3 days i had a full-blown abscess, the tooth was already on the verge, hence the root canal.

i ended up seeing another dentist to fix it and finsih what the other jerk started.
