I confess that I like to watch these with the sound on. But on this one, they should have shared the guys talking. By the shaking of his hands while trying to squeeze it, it appears very painful. I felt so sorry for him, but the spacey world trance music doesn’t fit with a video of painful oozy squeezing.

Looks like an infected rug burn to me. One night of bliss….days of pain.
This is a knee injury that has gotten debris in it, he’s been tampering with it for ages. He’s a wuss with a little thumb tack and just makes it worse. This guy needs this thing sliced open as it appears to have formed a keloid type scarring around the wound, and thoroughly flushed out and a round of Biotix.
No Needle? Get a knife and cut that thing open. Nice ooozzzing.
