What is an “Airsoft” wound?
“Airsoft” is a brand name for realistic looking air guns that shoot plastic pellets. Same principle as paint ball guns. The guy probably stuck the barrel of an empty gun against his hand and pulled the trigger. The blast of air made the blister.

i dont like blisters, once they r popped the empty sac grosses me out, anytime ive ever had a blister i pulled the empty sac off.

That is one of the most ridiculously huge blisters I’ve ever seen.
