POOR OMAR! That woman was needle happy! I’ve had several of those, and you just need to come in from the corner of the nail, where the hangnail got infected. One good poke or incision would have been enough. He is gonna have pincusion holes on the top of his finger, owch!

I dont know if anything hurts as much as finger injuries. The nerve endings in our fingers are so much more sensitive, obviously to allow for the sensation of touch. My goodness that looked painful, I hope poor Omar is doing better.

Omar clearly has issues, look at his other nails, he’s chewed them down to nubbins. All the funky crap in his mouth and any bacteria that gets on his hands will head for the nearest open sore. Omar needs to quit biting his nails ASAP.
That said; have you ever pulled that little hangnail out of the quick and felt that you heard the puss swelling in your finger like helium into a balloon? It happens immediately. OUCH.

I had a finger like that about 15 years ago.. Sad part I had no health Insurance at all.. I looked for some Moonshine and could not find none so I got 1/5th of Wild Turkey Whiskey and drank about a pint.. My ex-girlfriend pop it with razer blade… Next day it feel so much better… It feel so good I never even notice no sign of Hangover..
She’s too obsessed with sticking it and disinfecting it and afraid of squeezing. He looks like a walking infection. These dirty looking people seem perfect candidates for infections, and usually are.

To really help is hot water as hot as u can stand then soak a towel wash cloth and with the burning towel pour salt on it and apply it! Don’t be a woose you won’t feel the pain after 2 min and the salt will pull all that zit out .Then u can finish off with the pricking and stuff
