As a kid, I used to get blackheads in my ears. My mom would remove them with the little hook-thingie. Those would hurt like hell and I knew that I’d hear the crap come out of it’s pore and that would creep me out. Spfffft.
I had an even bigger zit in almost the exact same spot as a teen. He is not exaggerating about the pain. Be prepared to feel more pain, because there was more in there! Good luck!

Huge zit? Where? One sharp fingernail on one side and the wrong-end of a metal grooming utensil on the other = pain in the sensitive part of the ear.
I didn’t see any puss. I did see where it looked like the head of a zit was but they nothing popped out of it. Kinda lame to me.

oh, I meant to mention.. We used to get them with the round end of a bobby pin. Works well
