Not much to say other than they squeezed it just the way I like it – in clear view, and creating one continous mound of cheesey, yicky, probably smelly, gorgeous pile of pus!

really a great one but I cannot help to notice that the guy who has the cyst is huge, just look at the size of his neck, he has a roll. I wonder if he has any more. And this appears to be done in an office because they talk about numbing him first. I also wonder if they got the sack. Would have loved to see that removed. Sometimes that is the best part. Love the ones where the sack comes out whole.

Holy moley!!!! That was a doozy Halph, I just love the stuff you post! To DirectrM….if you can imagine the smell of the most rotten cheese in the world, that is what these smell like! It’s a funk you will never forget! As far as this video goes…this man doesn’t really have a neck to speak of, so it’s really hard to tell if his neck is normally that swollen or if the swollen neck we see is infected….I also think that because the cheese coming out was soooo thick that a tiny bit larger of an incision would have produced even more cheese!!!!

At first I thought his neck was someone’s butt. OOPS!!! Very nice cheese content!!! Thank you so much. I have a new respect for people that pop other people’s zits, its not as easy as it looks. I tried popping my husbands cyst and got nothing, it is still there, he would not let me lance it. Any suggestions? I so want to pop that thing.

Great video! If you hadn’t read the title, the beginning of the video looked like it is taking place on someone’s behind! At one point, it looked like the atomic bomb cloud in slow motion. I think I need to go watch it again!
