i wonder if her nose will ever grow back?
sometimes nasal damage can regrow
It seems to me that this girl would need extensive plastic surgery to re-build the bridge of her nose. I’m wondering if they are putting it off in order to avoid the aggravation of the Wegener’s disease.

I love this one!
I looked up what Wegener’s Granulomatosis was and it can affect any organ. It is inflammatory and can eat away at the tissue which it evidently did in this girl’s case. It completely eroded her septum! I don’t know if they can rebuild the septum. They would have to find some really hard cartilage somewhere and I don’t know how they could do that! Just hope she can breath as it looks like she has a hollow nose!
