I’d just bet that this is the result of a pilonidal cyst that tunneled through his butt cheek. That’s what happened to mine. Now it drains about 4 times a year. How pleasant!

The way that popped looked like a straight up boil to me, not MRSA. Of course there’s no reason to take chances. As far as an 8 year old kid running around, the kid with the boil couldn’t have been more than 10! At least he provided some comic releif, “at least his butt smells good”. lol! squirt, I don’t think the kid’s butt was dirty, he was just dark skinned, not a fair German, like you! Brown skin=brown butt. White skin=white butt!
This video put a little smile on my face with the fact that the whole family was present. This is were my love for popping pimples stemmed from. Basically my whole family loves to pop pimples. LOL, they said something in Vietnamese about letting great grandma in on the fun as well.

I loved the comments made by the kid. I think that if the pants were pulled down any lower this could have been almost a porno. I will say that the video was good and I loved how the whole family was involved with popping this boil. I feel bad for the guy who was laying down with his butt up in the air for the whole family to squeeze on. Great video.
